It’s been a while since I’ve spoken here, hasn’t it…

I’ve been somewhat silent here in my blog, in favor of more social media like Twitter and Tumblr.

The last half-year in a nutshell: Had some good points, but the rest of it sucked.

The good stuff: I got to meet my other half, face to face, as well as an old artist friend. We hung out a bit, ate at various restaurants (@Souplantation’s #SweetTomatoes seems to have been a crowd favorite), and got to know each other a little better. This was during a fairly mediocre furry convention here in Florida. I lost some weight (that I fear I put back on during the holiday season). I found that, barring a few episodes, the new My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic show is actually pretty doggone nice to watch.

Every time I tell myself to just put this blog out of its misery, I come to a realization that I need somewhere under my control to post extended thoughts to. I can’t say that I’ll post every week here, because I won’t, but I should talk about topics that appease me more often.

Perhaps next time, I’ll get into the pains in my side that installing Linux on a Wyse Winterm 9455XL will bring.
